VIP Account Manager

We are looking for a VIP Account Manager who will be responsible for increasing our Top players’ lifetime value, loyalty and retention.

The VIP Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring a personal, engaging and rewarding experience for our most valuable players.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and establish the VIP account management domain in a fast growing, leading gaming product

  • Support & engage our VIP players on a daily basis with all queries & complaints

  • Evaluate and monitor VIP player KPI trends, initiate protocols, triggers & BI data requirements aimed to assist you in achieving business goals

  • Proactively initiate communication with these players over various channels (social, mail, chat, phone) based on personal relationships

  • Work collaboratively with multiple teams such as analysts, CRM, product and more, in order to achieve all requirements aimed at supporting the VIP account management domain

 

 Job Requirements

  • Native English, both in written and verbal communication - Must

  • Analytical and operational skills

  • KPI-driven

  • 2+ years of experience as a VIP account manager or customer support in the Online industry an advantage!

  • PROACTIVE & “CAN DO” ATTITUDE

  • Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills using different channels

  • Full time position including weekends
