VIP Account Manager

We are looking for a VIP Account Manager who will be responsible for increasing our Top players’ lifetime value, loyalty and retention.
The VIP Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring a personal, engaging and rewarding experience for our most valuable players.
Job Responsibilities

Develop and establish the VIP account management domain in a fast growing, leading gaming product

Support & engage our VIP players on a daily basis with all queries & complaints

Evaluate and monitor VIP player KPI trends, initiate protocols, triggers & BI data requirements aimed to assist you in achieving business goals

Proactively initiate communication with these players over various channels (social, mail, chat, phone) based on personal relationships

Work collaboratively with multiple teams such as analysts, CRM, product and more, in order to achieve all requirements aimed at supporting the VIP account management domain
Job Requirements

Native English, both in written and verbal communication - Must

2+ years of experience as a VIP account manager or customer support in the Online industry an advantage!
