Responsibilities

• Managing the operation of game economy activities inside the game, through the game’s Back Office system: controlling game features, creating pricing configurations, setting up promotions, segmentation, etc.
• Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all the promotions, events, and live tests.
• Responsible for live ops, game features and events through the game’s Back Office system.
• Work with monetization, analytics, R&D and product teams.
• Testing new and existing content (game features, pricing configurations, segmentation) with the QA team.
• Work with customer service team to resolve issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a quantitative field.
• 2+ years experience in operative role using high level of Excel
• Excellent Excel skills – Must.
• Highly attentive to details, thorough, responsible, and punctual, and the ability to learn and operate multiple applications.
• Strong problem-solving/ troubleshooting skills.
• Analytics skills and the ability to work with large data sets.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong work ethic, demonstrating a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve desired outcomes.
• Technical background in Operations or Back-office system roles – Advantage.
