- Ensure high service standards and maintain customer satisfaction by providing effective solutions & alternatives to players.
- Identify and analyze recurring issues and trends by working with other departments until resolution
- Achieve an optimal support experience by continuous improvement and knowledge sharing initiatives.

Requirements
- Availability for a full-time position
- Fluent (native-level) proficiency in both English and Hebrew, written and spoken
- 1+ years of experience in customer support – advantage
- Experience working with Freshdesk or Zendesk – advantage
