We are looking for an customer-oriented service representative to provide product/services information and resolve emerging problems that our players face within the game.


  • Ensure high service standards and maintain customer satisfaction by providing effective solutions & alternatives to players.
  • Identify and analyze recurring issues and trends by working with other departments until resolution
  • Achieve an optimal support experience by continuous improvement and knowledge sharing initiatives.
  • Work in a dynamic, team-focused environment with great freedom, career development, and benefits.


  • Native or Mother tongue level in English (written and spoken) – MUST!
  • 1+ years of experience in customer support – advantage
  • Full-time position including weekends, with one day off in the middle of the week (hours add up to a 5-day work week)
  • Experience working with Freshdesk or Zendesk – advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive & can-do attitude!
  • Data-driven thinker
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Advantage
  • High-level understanding/interest in social gaming/online marketing field
