Responsibilities
- Own the creative strategy for new game launches and ongoing marketing campaigns
- Lead the production of 200+ performance-focused video ads monthly, ensuring creative variety and testing strategies
- Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary in-house creative team (content producer, marketing artist, and designers)
- Oversee external partners and freelancers to expand capacity as needed
- Collaborate with UA, Product, and Analytics teams to align creatives with performance goals
- Analyze ad performance data and apply learnings to improve creative effectiveness
- Ensure creative delivery is timely, high-quality, and optimized for different channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, Applovin, Unity, Moloco, Liftoff, etc.)
- Drive innovation through GenAI tools and AI-enhanced workflows to boost speed, scalability, and experimentation
- Own and optimize the end-to-end creative production process
Requirements
- 3–5+ years experience in mobile marketing creative production, preferably in gaming
- Proven success managing large-scale creative pipelines for performance marketing
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Hands-on experience using GenAI tools in creative workflows
- Deep understanding of ad platforms, creative trends, and A/B testing methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong creative eye with analytical thinking
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
