Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of large-scale gameplay, monetization, and user behavior data to extract meaningful insights that support product and feature development.
• Develop and execute complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from diverse sources.
• Collaborate effectively with product, monetization, and game economy managers to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and thoroughly evaluate their performance.
• Design and generate insightful dashboards and reports that effectively communicate findings and monitor critical metrics.
• Support A/B testing initiatives by analyzing results and providing clear interpretations.
• Present data-driven recommendations in a clear, concise, and actionable manner to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, with demonstrated ability to independently write and optimize complex queries.
• Highly proficient Excel skills, including expertise in data manipulation, formula creation, and charting.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering.
• Exceptional analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to data integrity.
• A collaborative team player with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience with data visualization tools, particularly Tableau.
• A genuine interest in games and a solid understanding of game metrics and player behavior.
