Online Customer Service Representative (Night shifts)

Are you a student that is looking for the perfect position to enter the gaming and hi-tech world?
We are looking for a diligent, customer-centric support agent to join our customer service team. You will provide product/services information and resolve emerging problems that our players face within the game.
Responsibilities:

Ensure high service standards and maintain customer satisfaction by providing effective solutions & alternatives to players.

Identify and analyze recurring issues and trends by working with other departments until resolution.

Achieve an optimal support experience by continuous improvement and knowledge sharing initiatives.

Work in a dynamic, team-focused environment with growth opportunities and benefits.
Requirements:

Native or Mother tongue level in English and Hebrew (written & spoken)

Ability to work weekends and nights from home

Availability to work in shifts (22:00-6:00 IL time), at least 3 shifts per week (Sun-Thu) and weekends (Fri-Sat)

Independent and self-learner

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
