Our Head of Monetization is responsible for the roadmap, strategy, planning and execution of our LiveOps and monetization campaigns. In this role you will lead the Monetization, Operations, CRM, Art and Community teams. Your main responsibility is maximizing marketing and monetization opportunities within the game. Managing all the players that have ever joined our games across different segments according to their motivation and behaviors.

Job Responsibilities:

• Delivering CRM strategies, encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.

• Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the company.

• Plan & manage social activity

• Customer Journey Mapping - Analyzing touchpoints within the organization and capitalizing on commercial opportunities.

• Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively across all aspects.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience as a team leader

• At least 2 years experience in a gaming company

• Strong English written/verbal communication skills

• Team player, responsible and trustworthy

• Fast learner, enthusiastic, Initiative, and creative

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• Good knowledge of office tools – Outlook, Word, Excel

• Tech-savvy – quickly grasps how to work with different software
