Responsibilities

Our Monetization and operations manager is responsible for the planning and execution of our daily engagement and monetization campaigns. In this role, you will manage the Monetization, Operations, Art, and Community tasks. Your main responsibility is maximizing monetization opportunities within the game. Managing all the players that have ever joined our games across different segments according to their motivation and behaviors.

  • Develop quarterly, monthly, and daily promotional plans according to the monetization strategy
  • In charge of the implementation of promotions through the campaign design and creative creation in all communication channels
  • Responsible for the operational launch of campaigns, QA, monitoring results, reacting accordingly, analyzing the campaigns, and bringing insights for optimization
  • Leverage product features and marketing tools for driving revenue growth and providing a good game experience to our players
  • Constantly coming up with exciting new innovative ideas
  • Constantly improving and optimizing in a data-driven manner the game experience and performance to hit the company KPIs
  • Collaborate with the creative team, operations team, economy team, BA, and product managers in order to execute in-game events & promotions.

Requirements

  • Team player, responsible and trustworthy
  • Fast learner, enthusiastic, Initiative, and creative
  • Experience in a gaming company- advantage
  • Full-time position including evenings and weekends – the ability to work during unconventional working hours, when required
  • Strong English written/verbal communication skills
