Job Responsibilities

• Lead E2E recruitment cycles: sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, screening candidates through phone interviews, conducting HR interviews

• Working alongside hiring managers throughout the recruitment process

• working closely with all managing directors as HR Business Partner Conducting organizational structure changes to support business needs and growth

• Manage employee's lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding

• Plan and execute welfare activities

• Daily office organization and ongoing administrative support, including orders, supplies, mail, ect.

 

Job Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in full-cycle technical recruitment

• Experience in leading end to end hiring processes & employees lifecycle

• BA in social studies, or equivalent

• Vast experience in conducting in-depth face-to-face interviews

• Excellent sourcing skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew & English
