Job Description

As Head of Marketing & User Acquisition you will be responsible for managing user acquisition channels for all company titles, as well as various cross-organizational marketing projects.  The successful candidate is analytical, business-savvy, motivated, and will be responsible for managing and growing a team of User Acquisition Managers.

This role is well suited for those who are ambitious, results oriented and want to make a direct impact on the growth of the business.


Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee planning and execution of the global user acquisition marketing activity

  • Ownership of the company’s Marketing activity, through the management of the company’s user acquisition team & leading relevant marketing activities

  • Own key performance metrics including ROAS and internal KPI targets on acquisition marketing 

  • Plan and execute marketing strategies - Develop test plans, measure performance, and make recommendations based on testing Lead a team of performance marketers focused on paid channels

  • Innovate and implement test and learn strategies, implement ongoing improvements and invest in areas that drive scalable results

  • Influence the development a strong culture of rapid experimentation, measurement and iteration on the marketing team

  • Manage dedicated graphical resources for the creation of required marketing materials

  • Collaborate with other departments within the business including product management, analytics, game studios to share progress, learnings and best practices

Job Requirements

  • 5-7 years of acquisition marketing experience

  • Experience hiring and managing a world class team

  • BA / BS degree 

  • Highly analytical, highly proficient with Excel - a must

  • Self-motivated and a team player

  • Ability to plan strategically, but stay on top of tactical execution

  • Thorough understanding of marketing principles and best practices

  • Passionate about gaming and media

  • Fluent English
