Responsibilities:

• Building and training customer service and VIP team

• Providing customer support & VIP team to various product studios

• Build work interfaces with the product team and the CRM team

 

Required Skills & Experience:

• At least two years of customer service experience with B2C online

• Management experience

• Native English, both in written and verbal communication - Must

• Proactive & “can do” attitude

• Analytical and operational skills
