Job Responsibilities

  • We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative to provide product/services

  • information and resolve any emerging problems that our players might face with the game.

  • The target is to ensure high service standards and maintain customer satisfaction.

  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within

  • the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution

  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file

  • documents

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

  • Take the extra mile to engage customers 

 

Job Requirements

  • Customer support experience – advantage

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of

  • characters

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively

  • High English level

  • Full time position including weekends
