Responsibilities
- Drive Feature Development: Own game features from ideation to launch, working closely with game designers, developers, and artists to bring compelling experiences to players.
- Lead New Games & Platform Development: Support the creation, execution, and iteration of game concepts, ensuring successful market launches.
- Analyze & Learn User Behavior: Monitor key performance metrics, assess player engagement, and use data-driven insights to refine gameplay and monetization strategies.
- Support the Product Strategy & Roadmap: Assist in defining and executing the product roadmap to align with company objectives and player needs.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work with LiveOps, monetization, and analytics teams to optimize retention, engagement, and revenue.
- Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Keep up with market trends, competitive analysis, and emerging design innovations to inform feature and game development.
Requirements
- Up to 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in gaming or interactive entertainment.
- High Interest in mobile games.
- Knowledge of Game Design Principles, live operations, and free-to-play mechanics.
- Creativity and a sense of UX and visual design.
- Experience in development processes, and game development pipelines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across disciplines effectively.

- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Adaptability to a dynamic and rapidly changing work environment.
- Ability to clearly communicate product decisions and the reasoning behind them.
