Are you a student that is looking for the perfect position to enter the gaming and hi-tech world?

We are looking for a diligent, customer-centric support agent to join our customer service team. You will provide product/services information and resolve emerging problems that our players face within the game.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high service standards and maintain customer satisfaction by providing effective solutions & alternatives to players.
  • Identify and analyze recurring issues and trends by working with other departments until resolution.
  • Achieve an optimal support experience by continuous improvement and knowledge sharing initiatives.
  • Work in a dynamic, team-focused environment with growth opportunities and benefits.

Requirements

  • Native or Mother tongue level in English and Hebrew (written & spoken)
  • Ability to work weekends and nights from home
  • Availability to work in shifts (22:00-6:00 IL time), at least 3 shifts per week (Sun-Thu) and weekends (Fri-Sat)
  • Independent and self-learner
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive & can-do attitude!
  • Data-driven thinker
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High-level understanding/interest in social gaming/online marketing field
  • 1+ years of experience in customer success – an advantage
