Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated, organized and dedicated Bookkeeper & payroll accountant to join our growing finance team to assist our day to day accounting requirements and monthly closing process.

Responsibilities:
- In charge of the entire Billing, Accounting , Recording AP/AR invoices, CC, reconciliations and employees' expenses
-Monthly Tax reporting (VAT, Tax WTH, BTL, Income tax, ect.)
- Ongoing reconciliation including closing entries and cut off accounts
-Prepare and manage month end and mid- month payments
-In charge of the entire payroll procedures of the company (Payroll, Pension, monthly reporting, ect.)

 

You need:

-Certified Bookkeeper and Payroll Accountant
-Experience in the High Tech industry- Must
-Experience with ERP system (Priority/ Netsuite)
- Ability to work independently in accordance with establish policies and regulations
-Detail oriented
-Ability to work in a fast- paced, hyper-growth environment
