As our BI Team Lead, your core responsibilities will be:

• Manage and lead a team of BI professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team's success.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop data-driven solutions that support business objectives.

• Develop and implement data governance and data management strategies that ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of BI solutions, including data modeling, ETL processes, data visualization, and reporting.

• Develop and maintain a BI roadmap and project plan, ensuring project deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of BI solutions.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate BI performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

 

Requirements:

• 1+ years of management experience

• 3+ years of experience with ETL design, implementation, and maintenance in data warehouse/lake environment

• Knowledge and experience with AWS Redshift

• Experience working, managing and maintaining Tableau server

• 3+ years of experience with programming languages, preferably Python 3.

• Strong knowledge of BI technologies, including data modeling, ETL processes, data visualization, and reporting tools

• Understanding data and query optimization, query profiling, and query performance monitoring tools and techniques.

• Problem-solving, analytical skills.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
